Demir Hayat Sigorta Head Office
Demir Hayat Sigorta is one of the insurance companies that has been known in our country for many years and mainly provides services in the field of health insurance.
Demir Hayat Sigorta Headquarters Office is located in Özsezen Business Center in Istanbul Esentepe, over a 500 m2 office area on an entire floor. The project started in January 2017 and was delivered in April of the same year.
The company relocated from a different floor of the same building, to reflect the changed company structure and the new management approach on the working environment, and to increase employee satisfaction.
The most challenging part of the project from the design phase, was to make the floor height feel like the maximum net height to the extent possible and create an expansive space.
Here the solution was to use a completely open ceiling system in the middle section by placing the existing electromechanical system of the building within a plasterboard band system surrounding the open office. The interior of the coffered slabs was painted in differing colors in places, making the existing flooring part of the design. In this way, the floor height was optimally incorporated into the office. By using transparent glass partition systems in the executive and meeting rooms along the façade, it has been ensured that the entire office benefits from daylight. A bright, spacious and modern atmosphere was designed thanks to the white color used in the entrance section. The radially shaped meeting room located close to the entrance was designed as an impressive place to host guests from outside the office.
