Pinsent Masons and Göksu Law Firm
Pinsent Masons and Göksu Law Firm are located in the 5th floor of Maslak Astoria Business Center, over a floor area of 550 m2. The project started in February 2015 and was delivered in May.
At the beginning of the project, the aim was to create a simple yet prestigious working area.
One of the project objectives was to meet the expectations of the office regarding privacy and acoustics.
The geometric forms and modest detail solutions preferred for the ceiling, partition elements and furniture, are balanced out by the dynamic patterned carpeting used on the floor. Pastel tones and matte surfaces dominate the spaces, to contribute to an interior atmosphere setup that is understated in appearance.
The spaces requested by the employer for functions such as reception, working, gathering and socializing are designed to be compatible with the form of the building itself. The positioning of working spaces is optimized to benefit from daylight, whereas the common area is positioned to provide access to the terrace. In the reception and waiting area, the white and anthracite colors preferred on the ceiling and walls and the natural stone material used on the floor create a refined and spacious atmosphere.
Due to the fact that the company prioritizes information security, double-glazed partition systems with high soundproofing feature are used to provide sound insulation in all working units. Again, aimed at increasing the acoustic performance, the wood material preferred in the furniture of the meeting rooms and the partition elements also gives a prestigious appearance to all the spaces where it is present.
