Unico Sigorta Head Office

Unico Sigorta Headquarters Office is located in Nidakule, Göztepe, Istanbul, covering a total area of 1800 m2 over 2 floors. The project started in April 2015 and was completed and delivered in June of the same year.

Aviva Sigorta, one of the well-established players of the Turkish insurance sector since 1988, has changed its name to Unico Sigorta as of September 2015.

At the beginning of the project, the company demanded a modern and spacious workspace that would reflect its corporate strategies. This has been achieved with the plan setup optimized to make the best use of the floor plan of the building itself, and the use of a vibrant range of colors in the spaces.

The reception functions as a strong mirror reflecting the corporate identity with its modest lines. Open and semi-open working spaces are positioned to benefit from daylight to a great extent.

Point-scale differences created with fine touches in all spaces reinforce the minimalist effect that dominates the atmosphere of the general space.
