Insurance Information and Monitoring Center Headquarters Office
Insurance Information Center is located in Istanbul Göztepe Nidakule, covering a total floor area of 1800 m2 over 2 floors. The project started in February 2015 and was completed and delivered in May of the same year.
Insurance Information and Surveillance Center is an innovative, semi-private, semi-public surveillance institution that aims to increase reliability in all areas of the insurance sector. The firm requested a modest and spacious workspace that would reflect its corporate strategies and progressive attitudes. To address this demand, rational spaces are designed to reflect the proper geometric form of the building itself.
The dynamic ceiling geometry is meant to contrast the rational space aura. The open ceiling system was opted for, to give a more expansive feel to the spaces, and the floor height was utilized to the extent possible. Top cover design has been handled in a way to ensure acoustic performance; the existing ceiling was painted with acoustic paint, and sound-absorbing suspended ceiling solutions were applied where necessary.
The reception functions as a strong mirror reflecting the corporate identity with its modest lines. Open and semi-open working spaces are positioned to benefit from daylight to a great extent.
Fine touches creating subtle differences in all areas reinforce the minimalistic influence dominating the general atmosphere of the space.
